The BLVD!

Skarphol / Frank Associates provided design services for a tenant improvement converting a former grocery store to a family entertainment center to accommodate 863 maximum occupants. The design included bowling lanes, a dining / bar area, arcade areas, laser tag arena, large outdoor patio, party rooms, and a new commercial kitchen. Site improvements were completed to create accessible paths of travel to building entrances and away from building exits. A seismic analysis was performed on the building to confirm structural conformance. A structural report was completed on the building as part of the scope of work. The new commercial kitchen included a beverage station, finish kitchen, prep area, and walk-ins. The kitchen was completed in collaboration with a kitchen and equipment design consultant that assisted
in layout and circulation of the space.
